Purchases
Transactions are formalised by invoice. Payment by bank transfer, card or financing through Sequra/Aplazame. The watch is only handed over once payment is confirmed.
Warranty
Every piece passes an authenticity check before sale. Authenticity is guaranteed indefinitely. If the piece still holds a valid official manufacturer warranty, it transfers to the buyer.
Shipping
Insured courier across Europe. Free on orders over €1,000. Delivery in 24 to 72 hours within Spain, 3 to 5 days within the EU. Customs handled for shipments outside the EU.
Returns
14 days from receipt. The piece must come back with the complete set and no signs of wear. Full refund after verification.
