You have 14 calendar days from receiving the watch to start a return, with no need to justify your decision.
How to return
Write to us through the contact form quoting your order number. We will send you the instructions for the return courier (insured and at our expense).
Conditions
The watch must come back with the full original set (box, papers, links, tools) and no signs of wear. Any mark or repair made after delivery voids the return.
Refund
Once we receive the watch and check its condition, we refund the full amount to the same payment method within a maximum of 5 working days.
